| St Abbs Blow Out
Of course, being on the east coast, St Abbs is often subject to big swells and swirling tides. Occasionally, it gets blown out. This video shows a beautiful, sunny day at St Abbs. We all thought it was perfect - until we spoke to the skipper and took a look at the water. The waves were crashing in against the harbour wall and the swell was atrocious. Not good weather for divers but excellent for the windsurfers along the coast at Coldingham Bay. Copyright Elaine Whiteford |
